either its a lie (classic) to save face to a viewer that was making fun of him for being ghosted. or he told something he was not supposed to tell and it once again shows he is untrustworthy and unreliable. he is prob also overexaggerating the extent to which they 'hanged out', could literally mean anything from exchanging some messages on discord to meething him and simply somewhere.
