For instance the theory of evolution has some really big holes yet is taught as if it is already a proven fact.

Species 2 - donkey
Mate them and you get species 3 - mule, which has several better features for a farming society. It's why we have been selectively breeding them for 10,000 years.
There's never been a thoroughbred mule. When you breed 2 species from the same family chart, their offspring are sterile. The DNA doesn't work and has never worked for evolution to be a real thing.
