because her internet at the last house and this house were both bad and Aly came up with (more likely some other mod/tech person came up with it for her) this solution so DCs wouldn't fully DC. Instead of just paying the money to fix the internet they use this bandaid solution. so now the whole of her stream depends on some server she has no control of.
the proper solution is paying for the house internet to be rerun/fixed and using her own personal server on site
