>partner's eyes go full black
>tell him to think about this, but it doesn't help
>pulls the guy out of the back of the car and lays down a beating that would make the Rodney King beating look like a massage
>baton, kicks, gun put up against the guy's head
>partner is screaming threats and the like
>beats the guy senseless
>stops, comes back over to me
>just stands there trying to catch his breath
>after a minute or so he turns to me and says
>"he came at us"
>say nothing, just nod
>guy is convicted on every single count, judge threw the book at him
>lied to get my partner out of trouble
>never told anyone else since 2007
