Ya, they don't use their brains much, now, because western culture and society has taught them that they don't have to. I have some very intelligent female friends that definitely don't seem to be the norm. They do exist out there, but its so easy for them to just get by using their emotions against everyone else to get what they want.
It's another thing that needs to change about society. stop rewarding women that behave that way. It requires willpower, sure. But its one thing that has gone way out of control, too.
