No evidence of a broken down back door. but he was sureveilenced by the FBI and a 2011 New York Times piece stated that the surveillance “substantially contributed to his anguish and his suicide.” The really scary part is the FBI even received reports from his doctor at the Mayo Clinic, where he was treated for depression in 1960 and 61. No ethics even among doctors.
