Like, the absolute best these threads get is when we have a couple of halfway decent genners active and no autistic shitposting for the duration of the thread. That's depressingly rare, in no small part because the time when most genners are active is also the time most shitposters are active. The main thing that's changed is the type of shitposters we get (a lot more "REEE STOP POSTING WHAT I DON'T LIKE" and a lot less "REEE EVIL AI IS LITERALLY KILLING ARTISTS"), and the fact that people's standards for what is "good" AI art have drastically gone up in the past 2-3 years.
