Anytime prescription narcotics -- or any other sort of medication -- is mentioned, my brain goes into work mode. I interview people about what they're taking before they're admitted to the hospital.
I hate that methadone clinics close so early in the day. It makes it impossible for me to verify if a dose is accurate. I have to go to the trouble of leaving notes on the patient's profile and a separate note for the morning technician to call and verify the dose the next day.
