Yes, that is obvious.
But, let me make this clear. Democrats being issued a warrant of arrest (that will not stand in the courts) for breaking quorum goes against TX's state constitution as what they are doing is written/allowed into it. This is a clear case of fascism if we are arresting political dissenters.
