that sort of trauma rewires your brain, and makes emotional regulation difficult
I'm not an evil person who genuinely wants to hurt others
hurt people hurt people, this is why the stigma against things like CPTSD should be treated as deep rooted trauma which can be treated
that's not to say that they aren't genuinely sorry for hurting other people, it's just hard not to because of rage that clouds judgment, and in my case medications I shouldn't have been on
