The goal is to elevate the culture allowing the thread to withstand future changes to how AI is being perceived. We've taken for granted that all kinds of content will be accepted and that shows to an extreme on a daily basis.
Currently there is no reason to keep these threads around and plenty of reasons not to. I propose methods to add reasons for keeping it around but there are obviously more ways than those I've discussed.
