So I know this is /b and am not expecting any sort of serious thoughts here but her it goes.

I work for Department of Treasury so while not Justice, I do a lot of adjacent work that I know and see how these investigations go. And in my opinion, the most likely issue concerning any sort of release of info is that there wasn't much actual evidence to go on. That's why Epstein got such a sweetheart deal originally. Not because of some master Isreali conspiracy but rather the DOJ was just lazy, which they absolutely are.

After he gets that original deal, the investigation dies, any follow up leads are abandoned and if you read the original agreement, no co conspirators could be charged. Its actually a weird quirk with the 2nd district that led Maxwell to be charged at all. A conviction that the US Supreme Court should overturn if they actually cared about constitutionality.

That leads us to today, we've got a lazy investigation from 15 years ago, a lot of circumstantial evidence that can't hold up in court, and a client list that probably names every single power broker in NYC from the 2000s. And if that list gets released, reputations get ruined wether they deserve it or not. Basically another #metoo era where some bad guys get hurt, but a lot of innocent guys go down too.

Im not saying Trump isn't an retard for campaigning on an issue, only to fold immediately and assume his voters will blindly accept that. But there was a reason Biden didn't release it and it has more to do about government incompetence over a grand pedo conspiracy.
