Aftercare is critically important for breast implants and so many girls rush to get back to "work" after getting them done that they cause themselves problems. I give Alinity props for waiting and taking care of hers when she got them redone, but then she went to medical school, so she probably knows how ugly they can get if you dont take care of them.
