Apparently it's been decided that we're moving at the first of the month. My mom decided she doesn't want to deal with this house falling apart and doesn't want to keep fighting her step daughter in a legal battle of inheritance bullshit. My mom was poised to get quite a bit from her late husband's passing, but of course you know she didn't listen any step of the way, so now I'm pretty sure she's not going to get a fucking thing. The consolation is knowing the step daughter is pushing this hard, because every penny she can squeeze out is going to pay debts and she's not going to end up with anything either.
