That would have to happen the other way around. Trump would have to had made the fascist argument first, and no one minded; then Mussolini comes by and creates a negative association.
A more apt example would be the Hindu Swastika, it wasn't widely disliked until after Hitler.

What Trump is doing is copying a widely disliked position, that is ACTUAL guilt, especially since that position is specifically arguments in favor of authoritarian fascism.
Besides, I'm not accusing him of anything. I'm saying he is a fascist, because he is doing things fascists do, and using the same arguments that fascists do. I believe people like you would call that a "Stereotype" and you'd then tell me "They call them stereotypes for a reason!"
