Nobody considers a non-honours cert worth the paper it was printed on, certainly if you tell an employer you went to college and got your degree, then show them that, most will say "I thought you said you got your degree?". It's an even bigger self own. It's documented proof you lacked the staying power to actually earn what people are talking about when they say 'degree'. You got an "I gave up" certificate. Well done.
