Road was wet greatly decreasing the ability of the van to brake. Doesn't change the fact it was the illegal alien driver's fault. Whoever issued him his CDL should be sued too. They need to crack down on the clearly corrupt people issuing licenses to illegals that can't even read the road signs or read the written test they somehow pass.
