OP I don't think this is the place to look for serious answers...

In any case, as you probably know, sexuality and romantic preferences are both spectrums.

If you define sexuality as a range between -1.0 (fully homosexual) to 1.0 (fully heterosexual), with 0.0 being fully ace, then maybe you're something like a 0.1? You could even be some flavor of bi/pan that's still mostly ace (i.e. you could span a full range from -0.2 through 0.1). The same logic can hold true for romantic preference - it sounds like you're still leaning pretty strongly homoromantic. The result is two unitless numbers like [0.1, -1.0] that express your preferences.

As an aside, this can apply to other preferences. For example, blond vs brown hair - you could say have a third preference score of 0.4 indicating that you somewhat prefer people with darker hair, and now you have a third term to describe yourself with: [0.1, -1.0, 0.4], for sexuality, romance, and hair color, respectively.

Real talk though, it's also possible your medication suppressed what little libido you experience (not that uncommon depending on the meds). Talk to your doctor if you think your meds are influencing you in an unexpected way, rather than consulting /b/

Unless of course you have more nudes to post?

PS: on the topic of labels: They're meant to be useful to you, not to other people. If they're making things difficult, they're counterproductive. Get to know yourself with whatever tools make sense to you - personally I like numbers :)
