If it was someone wholesome and innocent/contributive to societal "peace" then I would care regardless of race, but... Race has reflected odds of typical dispositions(stereotypes exist for a reason and it's not because of bad judgments/intent)
If it was Candace owens I would be genuinely upset and angry, why? Because of her content of character and consistency + what those two things mean over time for people that have consistent exposure to her and her behavior.
If I can look up the social media of perpetrator and victim, it's usually obvious to see the values promoted by both individuals.
