It started with Asmongold talking about everything he had to do for a woman to approach him. Suddenly, a week-long discussion on 4chan began about why he was talking about relationships. He then put more pressure on Twitch and became more radical and direct with his political messages. The tragic day came when he talked about how much he hated trans people—that's when everything started to unravel. Emiru began avoiding him, stopped mentioning him or thanking him for raids, and publicly started to distance herself.
Four weeks later, Asmongold said to a chatter (I'm paraphrasing here): "I'm not going to change. No matter how much you pressure me, I won't change for anyone."
That's when the cracks began to show. Emiru started staying up until 8 a.m. several days a week, depressed and sleepless, dressing more "sluty" and "farming gooners," until the episode (the panic attack, schizo/bots/OTK/lawyer/bombi episode) when she couldn't stream or explain what happened.
