one is never too old for college if what you really are there for is to study. But you need to be honest with yourself and truly understand why you dropped out, i also dropped out twice and then i realized that the problem wasn't that i didn't find a career that interested me.
The problem was i just really don't like studying, an issue that i had since elementary.
So reflect on why you really fail, it will save you time and money
