Nothing because nothing can be done. You can't shame them without being attacked by losers because you're making a minimum wage worker jobless and it's already been done in reverse with the popularisation of "karen". Customers are shamed for trying to correct bad service.
When some unbathed 18 year old who had his parents come to the interview is fucking up, you can't do any correction without risking your face being blasted online for being a "karen". There's no way it's going to reverse unless businesses where they prioritise social skills with an equal product start performing marginally better.
