You do realize that he, and the rest of the legislative branch set aside funds for SNAP during a shutdown. Trump used it last time he was president. The funds still exist and the whitehouse tried to deny food for citizens so they can raise healthcare costs. Thankfully we have checks and balances. A judge told the administration they have to fund SNAP.
