Besides, it's "raise the corporate tax rate" and "those earning above $1 million annually—a flat 2% tax", not billionaires. Say what you want about millionaires, which isn't that much, but corporations are everyone: tire stores, restaurants, dentists, clothing. You think they're just going to eat that? No, you'll be paying for it.
