I agree with your wanting to link with machines in some way for fun and for adventure Etc.
I want that too, but implants or the "mind-jar" idea suck.
If there's "dive gear" in the future, maybe that'll allow some thing like it. No uploading the mind, but, a link to the digital world. that could be possible.
