there's a stark difference between food i cook at home and food i cook for other people. sure my pasta slop isn't visually appealing, but it's incredibly delicious and made with love. burgers are a whole different affair. i hand-form the perfect patties of fresh 85/15 ground beef, season them with ample creole seasoning, and cook them to the perfect doneness. once it's resting while the cheese melts, i quickly fry some onions in the beef drippings to put on top. my personal burger toppings loadout is fried onions, fresh/pickled red onion, 3 or 4 good pickles, a little fresh butter lettuce, and a little ketchup and mustard or special sauce if i'm feeling saucy. anyway you don't know shit
