I wonder why otk would terminate a business owner that:
- lies to all other owners about sexual relations with an employee he headhunted then made owner
- abused said owner, domestically abused her, controlled her entire life , sexually assaulted her after breakup, stalked her after breakup, blackmailed her
- beats up other business partners in the industry he operates in
- has sexual relations with another female employee . A clear power imbalance/dynamic
- holds blackmail over people
- does deals behind otks back violating his mythic exclusivity clause
- disparages the company in public interviews with the press, only talks up the sidebusinesses he intends to leech off
- is on hard drugs all the time affecting his thinking and decision making process
This is not a responsible business owner, this is an out of control megalomaniac. Otk could have terminated him for every single one of these offenses and itd be completely fair. And considering the damage he has done to all companies and the money he still owes them, im sure otks legalese already covers the taking of his shares thru stuff like the morality clause and other mechanisms

Should have sold your shares two years ago when they already told you to fuck off. Should have taken the hint
