It's very tasty. I marinsted and then sautéed the chicken first, then removed it and sautéed all the vegetables (carrots, cabbage, white and green onion, roughly chopped garlic, and brunoise chopped ginger) with some dried chilis and Szechuan peppercorns, getting it all nice and soft before adding the chicken back in to finish.
