Oh I hear lots of great things about it, indica in general has great medicinal value but that strain seems to blow it out of the water.
Northern Lights #5 has a phenotype that gets deep purple and has renommated medicinal qualities, there seems to be somethign about that purple thing.
The African sativa strains get purple too, Durban Poison. The tribes smoke that herb before and during they go hunting, we regard it as a great activating strain.
And it does tend to go purple, it can be in the genetics but you can induce it with a cold environment during the flower phase.
Anyhow, it's a rare color in nature and the human eye is naturally drawn to it.
We like to get high too.
