This is probably immense fucking cope, at least at this stage. Obviously I'm not aware of your circumstances, but if you're similar age to her parents (about ten years their junior?), at this stage they would look at you as no better than a predator. Girly is still "their baby", and you're literally twice her age. If she persists for another, say 5 years, there's something there, as the relative difference won't be SO weird, but even if you treat her decently, her parents are gonna have a massive issue with you, and I'd be ready to have to fight off her dad.
Also, having to deal with teenagers and early twenty-somethings as a full-grown adult is a special skill most don't posess, and it's not conducive to a great relationship, even when the younger one is relatively speaking mature.
