What does it even mean?
Whites vs blacks? Kek, it would look like a literal massacre.
Whites vs everyone else? Requires actual logistics and some strategy.
Whites vs everyone else plus other half of the whites? Messy, long civil war, lot of casualties, not sure about how would that work.
Whites vs everyone else and the government? Full out shitfest, terrorism, guerilla warfare, most probably destabilizing everything for decades, with countless civilian casualties, authoritian new regime and so on.
