Maybe in central Helsinki. Over where I live (still in the capital center area but a half an hour's drive away from Helsinki) you can get a 30m2 apartment for €100k. My 35m2 flat cost me €120k. My big brother paid like €180k for his I think 50-60m2 apartment. My parents sold their house for like €350k or €450k (don't remember which, think it was the latter) a year or two ago. You can get a house for less than €300k in Finland if you go into a more rural area.
