Was it at least fun? Sometimes my fucked up dreams are fun even if they are scary. But most of the time they are just disturbing. The other week I had one where my ex was frying my birb alive on a teppanyaki table in butter and every time id get my poor birbs feet unstuck from the grill she would fly off in a panic but land back on the grill because it was the highest point in the room because it was really tall and close to the ceiling and when budgies are scared they go to the highest point. My poor birb was getting more and more burnt and closer to dying and there was nothing I could do. That was very not fun but some of my fucked up dreams are fun like an interactive horror movie or something
