I'm American and don't understand that. I'm not sure anyone does. No one would eat and enjoy that. American cheese and choco sprinkle doughnuts do not compliment each other. Especially with greasy beef and bacon.
It's just a photo op gimmick. I've never once seen footage of someone actually eating such a monstrosity of calories. I see them eat burgers and desserts separately though.
