If that's the case, then fine, just go out to a sandwich shop. Nobody is saying otherwise. The whole point of it being cheaper to make sandwiches yourself hinges on the assumption that you're going to make multiple sandwiches. That's always going to be a factor when it comes to grocery costs. I'm sure that you have things you eat routinely too that are cheaper for you to buy in bulk. Most people are not eating completely different things for every single meal, every single day. That's ridiculous and it's not affordable for most people. Just because YOU only eat one sandwich a month doesn't mean that it's not cheaper for somebody who takes a sandwich to work everyday to make their own.
