I'm genuinely not sure what the fuck the comic is trying to say, with the dude lying down like that in the second panel. The best I've got is that he fell out of the taxi being a peeping tom and became paralysed but is still trying to be a peeping tom. But then how the fuck did he even get his ass out there and how is he even seeing anything while lying on the ground like that? Why not have him in a wheelchair?
