Bruce Timm is a great artist. I love his style. He doesn't really get Superman, HE DOESN'T GET BATMAN, as evidenced by every fucking batman thing he's done without Paul Dini. With all due respect anon it's not an apt comparison. Bruce Timm isn't a good writer. Bruce Timm should not be your guide into character insights.
