Ok but that's what you think Plato should've said, what he could've said, what he'd have said in different circumstances, maybe your own ideas, etc. Those are hypotheticals. It's not what he did say, and thats what matters.
Concepts are not mental. Plato says you understand a concept, its cuz they exist and you leave out of the Plato's cave in the matrix and there's a higher realm and that's when you see it.
