I can't imagine Paulo going as far as to flirt while Daisy's hurt. It's not the exact same but Square's story about Daisy falling down the stairs comes close to this. If Mike was the one who got hurt Lucy would especially be mad at not being the center of attention but probably hopefully start empathizing with him.
