She corrects herself and speaks honestly, then Hank makes up a lie about how perfect she was and that her telling the truth was actually just her being really modest, then that it makes him feel dirty in a good way, and it fucking ends as if it's a heartwarming thing that Peggy's ego has now been inflated a thousand times more.
