I actually liked the idea of Thundercracker actually growing fond of human culture, but they went disgustingly overboard with it, not to mention it doesn't really work since the late portion of the IDW comic had Cybertronians as perfectly fluent in culture, meaning Thundercracker jut had extreme autism.
