You can sorta see it. He seems to slip it off when he grabs her arm and does a "flipping/rolling throw". This causes Kitty to hit the wall, grab the big pipe, and bash Wolf with it. You can see that when Kitty grabs the pipe, the watch is no longer on her wrist.
