The censor wroks not so much with blacklists but on risk, where some terms add ot that. You can get away with a risky term or two id it's balanced with the rest of the prompt being safe.
In a beach, you don't have much problem just straight using swimsuit. You can even get away bikini sometimes, but for a two piece "swim top and swimtrunk" is generally safer
