Probably should have play hot or cold woth a guy's feelings and hit him till he bleed and at the same time use him as your caretaker. Writing in that Lucy has a genuine mental illness would fix alot of the story imo. Cause saving she is sane when having the dream she us having is suspect at best. You cannot even blame the rape attempt since she acted up before it even occured.
