I'd say drones can be brought back to life ridiculously easy, as long as they don't have the core failsafe kill them, Tessa could do it in her room with a bunch of scrap and that's just zombiedrones, hosts and disassemblers can fix themselves or respawn.
I'd say the only dead drone is one who had its core die like Yeva or a worker normally in that case they are probably really gone. Everyone we ever saw comeback was part of some special group, tho most of the relevant cast is.
And even with Uzi's or Cyn's powers, I am not sure if a dead-dead drone that wasn't 'registered' (what happened to J after episode 2) to have an admin before can be brought back.
