If Aura was a manifestation of the soul, and a Semblance was a special power coming from Aura that was supposed to be unique to each person…why did their family all have the same semblance?

>Weiss looked up at her sister, and her sudden clarity made her stiffen in shock.

>The woman who looked like Winter smiled and the sound of shattering glass assaulted Weiss' ears as the snowy field around them fell away like a curtain being parted, revealing empty blackness and an unending field of ice.
>"W-What?!" Weiss stared at the thing wearing her sister's face in stark terror, her limbs suddenly trembling again as the chill seemed to stop dulling her senses. "Who are you?! What are you?!"
>"I am why your family all has the same semblance," it explained using Winter's mouth. "In a certain sense, I am also your mother, your sister, your brother, and also you, as you are me."
