Does it say that in the DSM-5 or any official source? If so, I will stand corrected. But it really shouldn't matter if the character is "real" or not or a drawing. The biggest slippery slope is the porn that Shad drew of the Logan girl... the actress is definitely real though the character is indeed fictional. Should doing that be allowed?
