Technically even MCU Tony Stark could have solved the OD-code since the basic logic is that a pctc (polynomial-time closed timelike curve computer) due to trading polynomial time for polynomial space can exhaust all problems in PSPACE, which would include the n-SAT (which is stated to be isomorphic to the OD-code). A basic computer with self-consistent time travel capabilities is enough, and that’s not even 60s Marvel scientist tier.
