I think it's a little known fact that the appeal of loser characters is when they aren't written by people who actually act like that. With a show written by competent writers they can back and forth some stand out moments of heroism, catharsis, while balancing attitudes with limits to not lose the audience. But, a loser character written by 1 person who clearly hasn't matured is how you get a Dobson, or a Chris Chan, or a Dana Terrace. Even Rebecca Sugar who had a background with yaoi art of kid age characters knew when to cut a writer who was too much of a ship fanatic to write something beyond what they wanted. And people still hated her. Pan needs to get at least a few respected fan fiction author's to proof read some scripts. I'm sure his fan base is full of them.

Bianca smashing the cyber gem was supposed to be her doing the right thing. And it's good but, what happens now? That was the whole thing is it just gone now? Seems more like a cheap macguffin to a new viewer to make her worse qualities less bad
