I like Zuki, and I think Yang was clearly hinting at it here and there (for his own reasons) but it doesn't fit the canon (Suki and Zuko had ZERO interaction other than "you burned down my village," in ATLA) and you can also just as easily assume their relationship was just close but friendly, and nothing else. And if we are to go by canon, indeed nothing happened between them.
It's fun, and even hot, and I agree that Yang had potential at that front, but I still much prefer Sukka. To give credit to Bryke, it's a good pairing and it works, but since romance was pretty much an afterthought in the whole show, we didn't see much of it.
